Primary Function

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving the Company’s website relevance and performance through meticulous keyword research, optimization, and data analysis.

Principal Duties:

  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, selection, and optimization to enhance website relevance and performance.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy: Implement and maintain SEO best practices and on-page content optimizations, perform detailed page analysis and crawls, and generate reports to guide strategic improvements.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strategy: Develop and execute SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic through paid search campaigns
  • Web Testing Strategy: Utilize A/B testing methodologies for ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Management.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing channel performance.
  • Mortgage industry experience highly preferred.
  • Financial Services company experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong expertise in keyword research, selection, and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page content optimization.
  • Ability to run detailed page analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies for ads, landing pages, and bid strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The salary range for this position is expected to be in the $75k - $85k range, depending upon experience.
