The Continuous Improvement Analyst – Transportation and Warehousing (T&W) supports the North America logistics network by leveraging data-driven analysis, process improvement methodologies, and operational insights to enhance transportation, warehousing, and distribution performance. This role partners closely with Continuous Improvement leadership and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, develop actionable solutions, and implement sustainable improvements. The analyst plays a key role in building dashboards, standardizing processes, and enabling better decision-making across the logistics network. Through analytics and Lean-driven initiatives, this position helps improve service levels, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
- Execute Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with CI leadership and operational teams.
- Analyze transportation and warehousing data from systems such as TMS, WMS, Cass, SAP TM, and others to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting tools, and performance analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
- Conduct freight, routing, and network optimization analyses to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support warehouse process improvement initiatives including receiving, picking, packing, inventory flow, and automation assessments.
- Assist in business case development, ROI analysis, and implementation tracking for CI projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations within transportation, warehousing, or distribution environments is desired.
- Proven experience supporting or leading Lean or Continuous Improvement initiatives in multi-site or network operations, with Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus).
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise systems such as SAP TM and WMS.
