Overview
JST is currently seeking a Contract (Data) Analyst (HCA function) to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Aurora, CO. The Contract (Data) Analyst (HCA function) shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The Administrative Assistant may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.
Contract (Data) Analyst Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge or understanding of federal procurement, may be as federal employee and/or Contractor employee in the GS-1102 series or equivalent capacity as a contract specialist/administrator or procurement analyst.
- Utilize Government purchasing electronic invoicing processes.
- Work with federal acquisition process.
- Utilize contracting principles, laws regulation and procedures.
- Use methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems, and the ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems.
- Knowledge or understanding with Government purchasing electronic invoicing, to include: iRAPT, EDA, IUID, CDR, MyInvoice, and Contract Closeout.
- Good verbal, analytical and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills in tracking data and actions.
- Knowledge or understanding of writing professional documents.
- Knowledge or understanding in Customer Service.
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Skilled in Business Intelligence Reporting.
- Work with SharePoint
