Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst. Key requirement - proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), highly prefer proficiency in NetSuite. Β Do you have proven skills in leveraging various data sources to transform and visualize the data for dashboards, reports and creating actionable insights? This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced finance team and directly support the CFO with various strategic initiatives, financial operations and reporting.


Essential Duties & Specific ResponsibilitiesΒ 

  • M&A Analysis and Integration: Drive the financial analysis, due diligence, and modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.Β 
  • Integration Support and post-acquisition financial analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasting for senior management. Heavy use of visualization tools for dashboards and reports for key financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Financial Software Management: Maintain and support the financial system, NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts. Provide variance analysis and recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and contribute to continuous improvement within the finance department.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support strategic decision-making across various departments
Requirements

Β 
Qualifications & Required BackgroundΒ 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Β 
  • 3 - 5 Β years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with proven M&A and corporate finance experience.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI a plus but not required, or similar business intelligence tools to create financial reports and dashboards preferred.
  • Strong, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
