Job Description: Why you should join: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Costing Analyst to coordinate costing activities across EMEA Sensors operations, ensuring accurate standard costs and reliable costing data in SAP. The role supports annual costing cycles, resolves costing issues, and works closely with plant controllers and cross-functional teams to improve and standardise costing processes. Your main tasks: Act as the primary point of contact for costing-related topics across EMEA Sensors operations. Support process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation projects, including the SAP S/4HANA transition. Partner with plant controllers and cross-functional teams to align and standardise costing practices. Coordinate and support annual standard costing and recosting cycles across manufacturing locations in the region. Ensure annual standard cost updates in PH1 for EMEA manufacturing sites. Investigate and resolve costing system issues and data inconsistencies. Participate in SAP/S4HANA transition activities and other finance transformation projects. Execute and monitor costing-related activities in SAP for DCs in the EMEA region. Validate costing data interfaces between SAP and GCS. Maintain costing process documentation and provide guidance and knowledge sharing across plants and regions. Your ideal profile: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in plant controlling, cost controlling, costing, or cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a multi-product, multi-stream industry is desirable. Strong SAP experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standard cost calculations, financial analysis, and data modelling within manufacturing processes. The successful candidate should: Be highly proactive and willing to investigate issues independently. Have strong attention to detail. Be comfortable asking questions and building a network of contacts. Collaborate effectively with plant controllers and cross-functional teams. Take ownership of costing processes and follow through on issues to resolution.
