Reporting to the Senior Director for Corporate Partnerships, the CRM Business Analyst provides the technical direction and oversight for the alternative-credit and non-credit enterprise at BGSU, including system development and oversight, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM platform and related applications (Ex. Salesforce Marketing and Commerce Cloud Services). This person will support complex technical projects and performs system analysis.
Fulfill business analysis duties on projects and initiatives:
Daily Administration of CRM Platform and the dedicated instance of Canvas:
Provide training and support to end users.

Bachelorโs degree. ย Degree must be conferred at time of application.
The following Experience is required:
(Two years of experience as a graduate assistant or student employee equals one year of professional experience):
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions based on users' needs
