Pay Range: $40 - $47/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Approximately 60–70% data analysis/reporting.
Work with large datasets and identify trends.
Prepare and distribute reports to appropriate stakeholders.
Reports may be shared with:
Internal teams
Leadership/executives
External stakeholders
Service vendors
Outsourcing vendors
Approximately 20% project management/action items, including:
Following up on data findings
Implementing recommendations
Tracking and completing action items
Approximately 10% PowerPoint/report preparation:
Convert data and findings into presentations.
Present/report findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Primarily a data analysis and reporting role.
Candidate will not work directly with executives, but will prepare reports for leadership and executives as needed.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities are important.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Requirement – Excel
Advanced Excel is the #1 priority/must-have.
Role is very heavily focused on Excel and data analysis.
