🚀 We're hiring a Data Analyst Contractor at Zoom! The Workvivo + Seer team is building the future of employee listening, and we need a sharp data analyst to help get us there. We're combining Workvivo's behavioral signals with Seer's survey intelligence to create predictive employee insights that help organizations spot disengagement risks before traditional surveys ever catch them. If you're a data analyst with SQL experience who loves working at the intersection of people analytics and product analytics, this one's for you. What you'll do: 🔍 Analyze behavioral signals (recognition, communication, participation, leadership interaction) and their connection to sentiment patterns 📊 Build correlation & linkage models connecting engagement trends to business outcomes 📈 Develop predictive risk indicators & executive-ready dashboards 💡 Produce customer-facing ROI studies that power enterprise sales Who we're looking for: Senior Data Analyst | Applied Data Scientist | People Analytics Consultant Strong SQL skills + experience with behavioral or people analytics datasets is a must. 📍 Remote-friendly (Boston/US East Coast preferred) ⏱️ 25 hrs/week
