Overview
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Data Analytics, Grants, & Compliance, the DVHRT Data Analyst provides support, analysis, and data collection for the Domestic Violence High Risk Team (DVHRT). The DVHRT is a multi-disciplinary team that staffs domestic violence cases at highest risk for subsequent homicide to provide necessary services and interventions intended to prevent future violence and homicide. Working closely with the Coordinator of the DVHRT and the Director of Outcomes & Evaluation, this position is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement in current screening, preparation, staffing, and response of staffed cases. This position is responsible for entering, maintaining, and analyzing data for the DVHRT case reviews. Additionally, this position will compile reports as needed. This position will create sustainability processes and solutions for improved DVHRT team functioning ultimately freeing other team members’ capacity to respond to clients and community outreach to prevent DV homicide.

What are the Job Responsibilities?
1. Screen cases for staffing by the DVHRT according to specific criteria.
2. Participate in weekly DVHRT meetings.
3. Gather, analyze, and summarize data in preparation for weekly case staffings.
4. Gather and record data related to DVHRT cases before, during, and after meetings including obtaining further information for incomplete data.
