We are looking for an experienced Facets Data Analyst to join our team in Mason, OH on a Hybrid basis. 📌 Role: Facets Data Analyst 📍 Location: Mason, OH – Hybrid 💼 Contract: Contract🇺🇸 Visa: USC & GC only ⚡ Priority: Candidates with strong FACETS experience 🏥 Domain: Healthcare / Managed Vision Care 🔑 Key Requirements: • 5+ years of experience working with a core claims administration system • Strong hands-on experience with FACETS preferred • 2+ years of SQL query writing and database analysis • Experience exporting database data into Excel for analysis and troubleshooting • Strong understanding of product/benefit configuration and claims-related processes • Experience with Claims, Provider, Network, and Product Benefit Configuration in FACETS is highly preferred. • Healthcare operations experience, ideally 3+ years • Understanding of claim adjudication and member/provider reimbursements • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs is a plus • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and production queues. 🎯 What You'll Do: • Configure managed vision care products using automated and manual configuration methods • Analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues using SQL and database exports • Resolve product configuration questions and production issues • Partner with Implementation Managers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams • Maintain configuration accuracy, quality, and turnaround-time requirements • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements • Support training, projects, issue resolution, and serve as a FACETS configuration SME 📈 Why This Role?
