- Treats all information and data with complete confidentiality and securely.
- Committed to providing high-quality data that is used for creating or sustaining business requirements, business intelligence analytics, and KPI’s.
- Perform problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- Responsive and timely with ad-hoc data requests.
- This position reports to our Chief Quality Officer.
- St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers uses EPIC as our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Ability to work remotely at least one day per week.

Your Working Environment & Team. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. You would be joining a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, pediatricians, OB-GYNs, dentists, specialists (optometrist, podiatrist), licensed clinical social workers, mental health professionals, case managers, health educators, registered dietitians, LVNs, and promotoras. This position is assigned primarily to our Orange location.
