About the Role:


As a Data Analyst for AccessOne, you will:



  • Assist the Operations Team with client data verifications and ad hoc requests, ensuring clarity and timely completion.

  • Monitor communication channels, escalating concerns to management as needed.

  • Collaborate with Client Success on ad hoc requests, consulting with management to determine the best approach.

  • Engage with clients regarding data verifications, escalating unresolved issues to management.

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client reporting, including settlements and newly implemented processes.

  • Lead by example in internal and external communications, consistently upholding AccessOne’s values of integrity, professionalism, and responsiveness.

  • Serve as a primary contact for external vendors, maintaining processes and collaborating with leadership on improvements.

  • Oversee database transactions and reconcile discrepancies by validating and correcting data as needed.

  • Maintain database accuracy through data entry and verification, ensuring quality using research methods.

  • Support the development and testing of new reports or products.

  • Improve data quality by analyzing trends, monitoring variances, and recommending actions to management.

  • Perform other tasks or projects as needed or assigned.

While your interpersonal and critical thinking abilities allow you to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, you also thrive behind the scenes, handling high volumes of data and performing recurring tasks like report generation.   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+Β years' relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects) and databases (e.g., SQL)

  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
