Williams Consulting, LLC (WCLLC), a Baltimore, Maryland–based government contracting firm, is seeking a Data Analyst I to support a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) public health evaluation initiative.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience supporting public health evaluation activities through principles, concepts, methods, and techniques of public health research and evaluation to analyze, evaluate and provide expert advice and consultation.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Data Sciences, Statistics, Biostatistics ora related field. Master’s degree preferred.

3-5 years of relevant experience supporting CDC, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), or other federal public health agencies with program evaluation initiatives.
- Experience supporting Diabetes prevention programs preferred.
- Knowledge of the principles, concepts, methods, and techniques of public health research and evaluation to analyze, evaluate and provide expert advice and consultation.
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, applications, and state-of-the-art technology in the position's scientific area of responsibility to provide direction and guidance on critical and complex issues.
- Ability to perform complex analytical studies (qualitative and quantitative analysis) and interpretation of results to coordinate the evaluation of programs and recommend improvements.
- Experience working with implementation-related measures (e.g., reach, fidelity, dose, adaptation) and linking implementation variables to outcomes.
- Experience analyzing mixed-methods data (e.g., qualitative and quantitative integration).
- Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, to make clear, convincing presentations, explain and justify recommendations, represent the agency, and assigned program or project areas, provide guidance, and advise program administrators and members of the community, respond to inquiries, and interact with high level officials and representatives from public and pri
