Minimum Qualifications
Education: A Master’s degree in biostatistics, public health, health services research, economics, epidemiology, or related field. Experience: Experience working with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services ( CMS ) claims data and diverse data sets. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilties: Candidates demonstrate strong quantitative skills in data management and statistical analysis using software like SAS , Stata, Python, or R. Must be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and application of research methodologies using statistical and research-related software. Strong problem-solving, verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interpret and present data findings to non-technical audiences. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment, including adapting to changing situations, demands, priorities, and procedures. Ability to work independently and also collaboratively within basic guidelines and parameters and with minimal supervision. Performing other related work as needed.
