Position Title: Data Analyst
Clearance Level: TS/SCI Eligible
Location: Remote, with on-site support at the Virtual Warfare Center (VWC), St. Louis, Missouri required
Travel: Approximately 20 partial weeks per year
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst who is TS/SCI eligible to support the Virtual Warfare Center (VWC) for multiple Joint, Large-Scale Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Operator-in-the-Loop (OITL) events. The position is primarily remote but requires the ability to travel and provide on-site support as needed. You will work with a dynamic team of professionals in an innovative, fast-paced environment to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing insights and support to large-scale defense simulations and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret, and present data derived from Joint, Large-Scale Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Operator-in-the-Loop (OITL) events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, simulation operators, and senior leadership, to develop insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Participate in Joint, Large-Scale M&S OITL events, both remotely and on-site at the Virtual Warfare Center.
- Provide accurate data analysis, ensuring data integrity and quality in all phases of analysis.
- Support post-event analysis and after-action reports.
- Adapt quickly to changing scenarios and requirements during live events.
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI eligible background check or Active TS/SCI clearance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel as required, approximately 20 partial weeks per year.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a Data Analyst, with the ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as TIBCO Spotfire or similar.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and reporting tools.
- Prior experience supporting military or defense operations, particularly in M&S or related fields.
- Experience with data visualization platforms.
