The Childrenβs Tumor Foundation (CTF) is seeking a smart and motivated data-minded individual for a key role that impacts CTFβs core business activities (revenue, marketing, and finance to start, with growth opportunities in other areas) through the management of cross-functional information processes and flow, data integrity and reliability, as well as the integration of related platforms supporting those business functions. Itβs a unique opportunity to not only improve and build upon how data comes into the Foundation and is used in support of Foundation goals, but to contribute to the growth of the Foundation through the development of tools, dashboards, and analysis that improve efficiencies, expand knowledge of the Foundationβs constituent base, and thereby inform fundraising, communications and financial strategies and activities with the goal of enhancing and strengthening the Foundationβs mission.
As the Data Analyst, youβll bring your analytics skills and data engineering/collaboration background to help cultivate a data driven culture at CTF by designing and delivering analytics solutions and making data analytics easier and more effective for stakeholders, hence improving the customer and employee experience. You will have a record of success in improving data processes and building data pipelines, and will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and internal subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy actionable data activities in support of those processes and functions. This role will be instrumental in the ongoing development/improvement of CTFβs data platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Social Studio, as well as integrated platforms such as Classy and Intacct, among others. In addition to a principal role as a data analysis lead for the Foundation, the role is also part technical project manager and data engineer. In partnership with cross-functional team leads, the Data Analyst will have responsibility for executing/managing the configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the Foundationβs data platforms and related/integrated products.
This position is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and collaborates with high visibility across teams, including development/fundraising, finance, research, and the executive team. As CTFβs Data Analyst, youβll be joining an organization of employees who are passionate and action-oriented about what they do, in an environment that values curiosity and innovation to make things better. Our motivation is the 2.5 million people worldwide who live with the genetic disorder neurofibromatosis (NF). The Childrenβs Tumor Foundation mission is to end NF.
The Childrenβs Tumor Foundation was recently ranked βBest Place to Workβ by the NonProfit Times, as well as ranked β4 starsβ (out of 4) by Charity Navigator for operational effectiveness and financial transparency, reflecting CTFβs standing as best-in-class both in terms of its people as well as mission impact.
