JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the analysis of data, creation of reports, dashboards, and other analytical results to assist the bank’s lines of business make informed decisions. Works directly with each department’s leaders to identify analytical requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in data quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

English Language – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Communication— Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.

Economics and Accounting – Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.

Computer Skills – Proficient computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity and advanced features of word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to learn new specialized software.

Clerical – Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.

Banking-- Knowledge of financial industry and bank dynamics, and knowledge of bank’s products and services, and bank security and transaction policies.
