Report & Track KPIs: Update and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports using existing templates to keep operational reporting accurate and up to date.

Manage Google Sheets: Enter, organize, and maintain critical operational data in Google Sheets according to defined procedures and documentation standards.

Extract System Data: Safely navigate and pull basic data extracts or standard reports from operational systems like SAP, Körber WMS, ADP, or Kardex.

Ensure Data Quality: Perform simple data integrity checks (completeness, formatting, missing fields) and escalate any discrepancies to the Analyst or Manager.

Support the Team: Assist with routine month-end/peak-cycle updates, handle basic ad hoc data pulls, and update SOPs or tracker instructions as processes evolve.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree or coursework in business, operations, or analytics is a plus.

Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel, with an ability to comfortably sort, filter, and utilize basic formulas or pivot tables.

Attention to Detail: Excellent focus and precision when maintaining accuracy during repetitive, process-driven reporting tasks.

System & Workflow Exposure: Familiarity with automated workflows (e.g., Google Forms to Sheets) or exposure to systems like SAP, WMS, or ADP.

Continuous Improvement Mindset: A basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or workflow optimization, alongside an interest in learning new data tools over time.
