The Role
We are seeking a skilled and driven Analytics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be designing data solutions to drive business decisions and operational efficiency. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization, including IT, business operations and senior leadership. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights using our core technology stack, which includes SSRS, Power BI, Snowflake, and dbt.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report & Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI to meet business needs.
- Data Modeling & Optimization: Build and optimize Snowflake data models to ensure scalability and high performance.
- Data Pipelines & Transformation: Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using dbt, ensuring accurate and efficient data transformation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver analytical insights that drive decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data governance, SDLC processes, and analytics workflows.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence in data engineering.
