Support the implementation of enterprise data management strategies, ensuring data from multiple systems and sources is structured, validated, and optimized for flexibility and ease of use.
Collaborate with data management teammates to test, evaluate, and evolve data validation strategies and quality controls.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design robust, data-driven business processes related to outreach, measurement and attribution, and the creation of derived variables.
Translate analytical concepts and prototypes into detailed engineering requirements to support the production implementation of data models, validation protocols, and data transformation processes.
Assimilate data from multiple sources, analyze and deconstruct existing business logic, and support ad hoc and exploratory analyses.
Conduct source data analysis, including reverse engineering existing data structures and logic, to inform data model development and enhancements.
Participate in data governance processes to help prevent unapproved or misaligned changes to table schemas, dimensional models, and core data assets.
Contribute to agile development and testing cycles by validating requirements, reviewing outputs, and ensuring solutions meet business and technical expectations.
