Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements: Data Collection & Management: Gather and manage large datasets from internal systems and external sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
Data Analysis: Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Interpret complex data sets and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
Reporting: Develop and maintain regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint
Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights with daily data observations to support decision-making
Data Quality Assurance: Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement based on data analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions to meet business objectives.
Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes through automation or system enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information systems A master’s degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proven experience working with large datasets and data management systems.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation.
- Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Powerpoint).
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis tools).
- Experience with database management and querying tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong statistical analysis skills and familiarity with data mining techniques.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of data.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and proactively identify solutions.
