Overview

The Data Analyst Executive- EB provides sales support to existing and prospective clients by monitoring and analyzing new benefit trends and their implications. This role makes recommendations based on analysis to clients and co-workers. S/he provides technical expertise related to financial or program analysis by performing the following duties.

What You'll Do

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.

Gathers data needed to prepare financial reviews for all 100+ accounts on a timely basis. Prepares reviews using excel and power point programs.
Maintains benchmarking database as well as identifies potential enhancements or other resources available to develop differentiators.
Maintains tracking system for all financial reviews including new sales, lost accounts, and changes in carriers. System is used to manage the process and meet deadlines accordingly. Note: this does not seem to belong here. The position is client-oriented data. This bullet appears to be for internal data—sales, finances, new business/lost business, etc.
Provides benchmarking services for clients of 50-99 employees on an as needed basis.
Assists management with special projects. Maintains Agency’s connectivity with carrier's client databases and understands available reports.
Collects data in a timely and effective manner in order to meet company objectives.
Effectively communicates with EB staff in order to assure timely completion of EB reviews.
Maintains data from all sources including carriers, third party administrators, data mining vendors, and others.
Monitor and analyze benefit trends and their implications for existing and prospective clients.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel is expected to be 10% in this role.
