Which projects do we work on?
We are seeking a Data Analyst to drive the development of the bank's information layer and deliver direct value to the business and management. The mission is to transform data—both structured and unstructured—into actionable insights that foster a better understanding of the business, the market, and our customers, while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
The successful candidate will join a cross-functional team and play a key role as an end-to-end analyst, combining ad-hoc analysis, process automation, KPI definition, and dashboard creation with active participation in migrating our processes and projects to the cloud.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to take on a broad, impactful role within the team.
Responsibilities include:
Stakeholder management (management and business units)
- Regular interaction with management and business units to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Prioritization and planning of projects and recurring requests.
- Managing expectations, tracking progress, and communicating results.
Executing projects covering the full information analysis lifecycle
- Gathering business information requirements.
- Data exploration within the Datapool and/or external sources—ranging from data retrieval and processing to generating the necessary information.
- Proposing and creating KPIs.
- Building reports and analyses to present the information.
- Communicating results to stakeholders.
- Designing, developing, maintaining, and automating processes for recurring monitoring or ad-hoc requests.
To perform these functions, the following are required:
- Technical knowledge to produce reports requested by the business.
- Analytical skills to understand business logic and propose new ideas or strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as creativity and attention to detail regarding data visualization and communication.
