Position Overview:
As a Data Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, track key performance indicators, and provide valuable insights to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
