The Medicare Quality organization is recruiting for a Senior Analyst to support quality improvement strategy and operational execution across HEDIS, Medicare Stars, member experience (CAHPS), clinical programs, and health equity initiatives.
This role will play a critical part in synthesizing data, translating analytical findings into actionable insights, and supporting the operational performance of Medicare Quality programs. While this position partners closely with the Clinical Quality Analytics (CQA) team, it remains embedded within and directly aligned to the Medicare Quality organization.
This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who can operate with independence, manage moderately complex analytical work, interpret findings for business partners, and support cross-functional quality workstreams with strong analytical rigor and thoughtful communication.
The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Senior Director, Clinical Quality (Medicare Quality Leader).

ResponsibilitiesYour Work
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of moderately complex analyses that support HEDIS, Medicare Stars, CAHPS/member experience, clinical quality programs, and health equity improvement strategies.
- Transform data into clear, meaningful insights to guide operational decision making.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Quality Analytics team to align business requirements, validate data outputs, and ensure consistency across quality reporting.
- Produce dashboards, presentations, and operational reports tailored to non technical audiences across the organization.
- Support Medicare Quality performance cycles, including HEDIS measurement, Member Experience and Intervention planning and analysis, Stars strategy tracking, and regulatory deliverables.
- Monitor quality performance trends, identify risks or gaps, and escalate insights into leadership.
- Participate in cross functional workgroups, providing analytical input to support program design, interventions, and performance monitoring.
- Support health equity analyses that identify disparities in care or outcomes and help assess the impact of equity focused interventions.
- Serve as a primary analytical partner to Medicare Quality program owners while coordinating closely with CQA, Enterprise Analytics, Provider Partnerships, and other operational teams.
