In this role, you'll analyze complex healthcare data, develop meaningful reporting solutions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver insights that influence strategic initiatives.

As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Analyze complex healthcare and operational data to support strategic initiatives and organizational objectives.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to track key performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Gather, document, and validate business and reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve reporting processes and data quality.
- Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation for leadership.
- Support data governance initiatives and help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Assist with project planning, timelines, risk tracking, and impact assessments.
- Partner with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver meaningful data insights.
What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics, informatics, epidemiology, or a related analytical role.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and common collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
