Data Analyst Manager (Huntsville, AL)
The Data Analyst Manager serves as the Contractor’s Alternate Program Manager for the Government with full authority to make contract decisions for the company in the PM’s absence. Responsible for contract management, performance, quality, safety, and direct oversight of all personnel assigned to the contract. This individual oversees and coordinates different related projects included in the contract to ensure they benefit one another and meet the customer’s stated goals. Main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve effectiveness and efficiencies, build and execute long-term goals for the customer and developing, implementing, and monitoring program budgets.
Essential Duties, Skills and Responsibilities
• Ensure successful task execution through contract oversight of data analytics requirements and personnel
• Liaison with key Government and corporate personnel
• Organize daily activities
• Devise new programs/goals that support the customer’s objectives
• Evaluate and assess the strengths and weaknesses of various programs/activities
• Monitor projects and oversee personnel to ensure goals are met
• High-level leadership, management, teamwork and motivational skills
• Schedule and manage tasks effectively
• Possess conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
Minimum Qualifications
• Over 5 years of Army logistics or analytics experience
• Over 4 years in leadership positions
• Bachelors degree
• Secret Clearance required
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access.
• U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Army leadership &/or management experience
Security / Compliance Requirements
• Secret Clearance required
• Must comply with all installation access requirements.
• Must complete all required Government training.
