This position can be offered as a remote position to the right candidate pending interview. This position is open to early to mid-career candidates (1–5 years), and recent or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply. Our team provides reporting services, database administration, and GIS endpoints used by operations and corporate groups for essential workflow and business management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems with data, working in a collaborative environment, and building reliable reporting and analytics solutions across SQL Server / SSMS / T-SQL, Power BI, and SSRS.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•
SQL Server & T-SQL (core)
•
Write and maintain complex T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics.
•
Troubleshoot query performance and data quality issues; recommend indexing or query changes in partnership with DBAs/developers.
•
Build reusable datasets and definitions that keep reporting consistent across teams.
•
Power BI & Reporting (core)
•
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and interactive reports (DAX, Power Query, modeling, refresh strategies).
•
Create and support operational reporting using SSRS / SQL Server Reporting Services (Report Builder, subscriptions, parameterized reports).
•
Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear KPIs, report layouts, and self-service datasets.
