Challenges you will tackle

  • Help Account Executives create better demos for prospective customers and participate in customer discussions and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure our customers successfully partner with us.
  • Take initiative and perform data exploration to understand user behaviour, suggest opportunities for improving our recommendation & search systems, and implement pipelines for data delivery, as well as UX/UI changes.
  • Ideate and deliver analytical insights to be utilized by the customer dashboard to enable effective decision-making for customer merchandisers and analysts.
  • Analyze current processes to understand how to automate and scale more effectively.


Requirements
  • You are proficient in BI tooling (data analysis, building dashboards for engineers and non-technical folks).
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to translate business asks into a technical language and vice versa.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritizing them, and working under deadlines.
  • You are excited to leverage massive amounts of data to drive product innovation & deliver business value.
  • You are proficient at SQL (any variant) and well-versed in exploratory data analysis with Python (pandas & NumPy, data visualization libraries). Nice to have: Practical familiarity with the big data stack (Spark, Presto/Athena, Hive).
  • You are adept at fast prototyping and providing analytical support for initiatives in the e-commerce space by identifying & focusing on relevant features & metrics.
  • You are willing to develop and maintain effective communication tools to report business performance and inform decision-making at a cross-functional level.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience or relevant academic experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English on C1 level (CEFR) or higher.
  • Able to work between 7 am and 3 pm Pacific Time to support the needs of our US-based sales team.

This position is fully remote - Constructor.io is a remote-first company.

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD / year
