Job Summary:
The HR Technology Data Integration Analyst designs, builds, and supports production ETL/data integration solutions that move and validate enterprise HR and adjacent business data. The role partners with stakeholders to translate needs into data requirements, troubleshoot integration and data-quality issues, and maintain runbooks and technical documentation while supporting security, compliance, and vendor/AI evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong interest in enterprise business data and processes—preferably across HR, Corporate Communications, Legal, Project Portfolio Management, and Compliance—by asking thoughtful questions to understand business needs and translating them into clear data and technology requirements.
- Design, develop, and support ETL and data integration solutions in a production environment, including batch scheduling, monitoring, and incident response.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL; analyze data quality issues and partner with upstream and downstream teams to resolve source‑to‑target discrepancies.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, operating standards, runbooks, and technical documentation to support ongoing operations, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Translate technical and architectural concepts into clear, concise updates and materials for internal business and technology stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues; perform root‑cause analysis; and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
