Data & Reporting Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)
Duration: 16-month contract

Overview
We are seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, data management, and audit coordination activities. This role will partner with multiple business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, maintain reporting processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Manage data connections, integrations, and reporting datasets.
- Coordinate recurring and ad hoc business reports across multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Support audit activities by gathering documentation, tracking requests, and ensuring timely responses.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, efficiency, and data accessibility.
- Act as a resource for data literacy, reporting best practices, and business intelligence tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong experience with Tableau and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, risk, or governance initiatives.
- Exposure to security, operational risk, or regulatory environments.
- Degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
