The Job:
As a Data Specialist, you’ll be part of our team working as an onsite employee. You will partner with GSM & IT organizations to deliver impactful, interactive dashboards that drive data completeness and accuracy for source data and applications. The analyst will focus on Category Management & Supplier Management domains, translating business needs into visual analytics and actionable insights.
You’ll get to:
- Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and visual reports to support data analysis and business decision-making
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality, consistency, and usability within dashboards
- Continuously evaluate and enhance dashboard performance, usability, and visual appeal
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and harmonization to ensure accurate reporting
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Technical Project Managers, and business users to deliver high-impact analytics solutions
- Present findings and recommendations through interactive dashboards, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions

- 3+ years of experience in data visualization, analytics, or business intelligence roles
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, data analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports in PowerBI
- Strong verbal and written communicator able to engage with stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment
