Reports to: District Data Manager
Position Summary: Responsible for managing the data integrity and security of the District’s student information system and other assigned systems. Provides system support to end-users and implements the District’s plan for instructional and administrative programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides first-line support of the district’s student information system, such as:
- Importing and exporting reliable data;
- Updating, editing, and processing student record changes; and
- Updating report card and transcript information.
- Provides first-line support of third-party data-related systems, inclusive of, but not limited to:
- Online registration system,
- Learning Management System,
- Assessment applications (e.g., FitnessGram, FastBridge Learning, SBAC TIDE), and
- Clever application.
- Works with the Dist
