DATA STRATEGIST I

Reports to: Data Intelligence Leader
The primary purpose of this position is to assist Members First Credit Union to deliver on its mission, vision, and brand promise. You will do this by living out our core values in every service contact to both internal and external members. Essential Duties
- Analyze and present solutions for new products and offer suggestions on improving existing product performance.
- Define market share and offer insights on opportunities as defined by strategic plan
- Operates as cross functional team member collaborating with peers and winning as a team
- Understand the communities that we serve from not only the data aspect but the member experience and behavior
- Create and present reporting and insights through narrative-driven presentations and/or effective data visualizations to department leaders to achieve business initiatives.
- Fulfills data requests, looking for synergy between requests and usefulness to more than just the person/department requesting
- Supports data system solutions, troubleshoots issues, and resolves incidents while communicating with end user.
- Successfully obtain Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation through America's Credit Unions within first year of service with M1.
