PGS Worldwide is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst in Littleton, Colorado for an approximately three-month onsite contract role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will design and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards, integrate data from multiple systems, and translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and business insights. The analyst will support data-driven decision-making by developing reporting solutions, analyzing project performance metrics, and improving access to actionable information.
Required Skills
- Experience designing and developing Tableau dashboards.
- Experience with Power BI and/or similar business intelligence reporting tools.
- Experience integrating and extracting data from multiple systems and environments.
- Experience with data modeling.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Experience using Tableau in a source-controlled development environment.
- Ability to create and maintain report-layer transformations, calculations, and measures.
- Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages used for data manipulation, such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Understanding of project and performance metrics such as KPIs, Earned Value Management, schedule performance, and cost variance.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Experience combining Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other modeling or visualization tools.
- Experience supporting project, program, or operational performance reporting.
- Experience developing dashboards for continuous-improvement or decision-support initiatives.
