WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Ensure consistent and standard reporting/dashboarding design through all data visualization tools

  • Investigate reporting discrepancies through toolsets (MicroStrategy, Tableau, SQL)

  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure adherence to standards and advise on best practices for data storytelling

  • Collaborate with business partners to manage and prioritize visualization workloads

  • Report KPIs related to visualization development

  • Evaluate visualization solutions for future use

  • Collaborate with D&A teams to ensure appropriate data is available for visualizations

  • Collaborate with PMO and project teams to gather visualization requirements.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Related field or similar, with at least 3 years relevant working experience.

  • Proven experience in MicroStrategy, Tableau or other reporting tools and SQL

  • Experience with visualization and data storytelling

  • Experience with client engagement across multiple levels

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Pragmatic/lateral approach to finding solutions.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.

  • Good command of English spoken and written.
