Role Overview
We are seeking a Tableau Visualization Engineer to design and deliver high-impact dashboards supporting predictive modeling for attrition initiatives. The engineer will collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams to visualize model outputs and drive actionable insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development of Tableau dashboards, primarily the Attrition Risk Exposure Dashboard and Model Monitoring Dashboard.
Partner with business and data science teams to translate analytical outputs and model results into intuitive, insightful visualizations.
Integrate Tableau dashboards with Snowflake data sources and model outputs via the Next-Gen Platform.
Implement advanced visual analytics (parameters, LOD calculations, performance tuning) to ensure scalability and responsiveness.
Develop data validation and quality checks for visualized metrics.
Participate in requirement workshops, document dashboard specifications, and manage UAT and production deployment.
Collaborate with MLOps and platform teams for seamless integration of dashboards with other user-facing applications (e.g., OrgSF, Slack, CS).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server – expert-level dashboard design, optimization, and publishing.
SQL (Snowflake preferred) – strong data extraction and transformation experience.
Experience with data blending, LOD expressions, and parameter-driven analytics.
Familiarity with data pipelines and API-based data integration for real-time insights.
Working knowledge of Python or Airflow integration with Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
Non-Technical Skills:
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across engineering, data science, and business teams.
Excellent data storytelling and comm
