The Decoration Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging technical systems with business operations for the New Wave Group North America entities. The Decoration BA provides technical support, specialized analysis to our largescale Embroidery Operations across the US and Canada. This position works with Business Process Owners (BPO), contractors and end users on implementation of Decoration, Pricing and provide Support for these areas.

This position is required onsite at one of our 3 US fulfillment centers:
- Seattle Fulfillment Center located in Renton, Washington
- Dallas Fulfillment Center located in Grand Prairie, Texas
- Ahead HQ and Fulfillment Center located in New Bedford, Massachusetts
Responsibilities include:
- Technical Support of our Embroidery Development and Scheduling Software. This includes Testing, Upgrades, Debugging and End-user support.
- Support of Tracker - Logo'd orders scheduling for decoration & scheduling.
- Support of Wilcom for logo storage - database
- Support of Barunden/Tajima decoration machines & associated software (e.g. Pulse) - Embroidery Machines
- Decoration Stream Lead – Manage, Configure and Support Decoration in Infor M3 and WMS. Will provide expert support on the decoration interactions with Infor M3 and WMS.
- Design, test and support generic and custom customer or product labels and hangtags for our Value Added Services (VAS) department, including custom labels and forms used by the WMS, via Interform.
- The Decoration BA also collaborates with others in the NWG IT and local NWG entity to support and administer various other software applications used throughout the FC that interface with the warehouse management system.
- Support FC local super-users and provide end user support.
Successful candidates will:
- Have experience with Infor M3 Implementations, including Configuration, Testing and Support.
- Experience with label design programs like Bartender, Interform or Nice Label.
- Experience with decoration systems (Tracker preferred, Embtrak or similar)
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical staff and customers.
