As the Michigan Department of Transportation’s (MDOT) global data specialist, you will be responsible for the following when data is shared externally to MDOT:
- Managing MDOT’s master and reference data repository.
- Serving as a key link in supporting information governance-related policies and goals as an information steward on the Information Stewards Board to:
- Fulfill information governance objectives.
- Adhere to department data standards and policies.
- Ensure data integrity and good data management.
- Provide business analytics and business intelligence services such as research, analysis and dashboard/scorecard creation related to MDOT’s master and reference data.
