Position Purpose of Development Data Analyst : The Development Data Analyst executes strategic analysis of the donor database to guide and execute annual fundraising and stewardship communications and outreach, including segmented targeted donor outreach. The Analyst researches and qualifies donors for increased giving, principal (major) and planned giving utilizing database analytics (translating donor behavior and responses), DonorSearch and other tools. The Analyst performs donor database audits and updates. This position partners with the Annual Fund & Stewardship Manager to increase donor retention and giving, strengthen stewardship, improve portfolio management, expand the mid-level, major, and planned giving pipelines, and support data-informed fundraising strategies. By translating donor information into meaningful insights, this role helps drive collaborative fundraising strategies and supports revenue growth for the organization.
