We are looking for an ambitious marketing professional who can create and distribute strategic, actionable marketing content across numerous channels, helping elevate our brand and awareness. This person will contribute to creating blogs and manage our social media properties as well as additional content distribution channels that can be measurable, strategic and high quality. Role & Responsibilities
- Use quantitative methods and tools including A/B testing, multivariate analysis (MVA), and optimization techniques to test, analyze and optimize web and digital assets to drive marketing and sales performance.
- Analyze web traffic patterns, user journeys usingΒ Google Analytics, Google Adwords and make adjustments to web metadata accordingly
- Perform campaign response analysis to understand sales lift and ROI for all marketing campaigns with predefined key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid in development of future strategies
- Analyze, create, present and distribute quantitative and qualitative data analysis & insights via regular or ad-hoc reporting including statistical calculations, graphical representation and written analysis utilizing relational database and reporting technologies.
- Timely and accurate collection of digital data, measure and analyze ROI across key marketing and business initiatives (eg Direct Mail, email etc)
- Analyze current vs. target business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Executing the SEO, SEM strategy to drive growth of organic traffic, including identifying content improvements and executing a link-building strategy
- Design, code responsive/mobile design, test, and run front-end optimization, tag management (MySQL, git, CSS, HTML)
- Perform ongoing audience and consumer behavior analysis to provide key insights and recommendations to the Product teams
- Leverage story-telling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise and actionable
- Leverage data in planning customer journeys towards goals and improve data-sets available to improve personalization, relevance of content and overall CX
- Research new technologies and create strategic plans to enhance efficiency and reliability of web systems
- Develop strong understanding of RelPro's businesses and the key performance indicators and metrics used to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine ongoing business intelligence needs and support the business by developing, producing operational reports, dashboards and analyses

Following Agile methodology and work within SCRUM teams for projects using JIRA, Confluence
Requirements

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration Marketing.

3 - 5 years of experience in content or industries marketing in a high growth company.

1+ years of Google AdWords experience.

1+ years of Google Analytics experience.

Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email and social media.

Strong communications and writing skills and ability to work well cross functionally.

Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.

Out of the box thinker with the ability to attract brilliant idea generators.

Strong self-starter with the ability to build a network within the broader organization.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Adobe Creative Suite, preferred.
