The Digital Marketing Analyst, focused on analyzing digital marketing performance, will be responsible for proposing and implementing actionable strategies to improve digital marketing performance and maximize returns. The individual will have a proven track record in positive digital marketing performance gains through data analysis and insights. This person will report to the Director, Digital Marketing and be part of the Digital Marketing team ensuring measurable and impactful digital marketing performance.Β

Responsibilities and Duties:


Β 



  • Implement and manage tracking mechanisms on digital platforms and advertisements to manage performance

  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and Customer Relations Management (CRM) tools

  • Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives

  • Develop and manage models for digital marketing spend management

  • Develop and manage models tracking data and providing insights.

  • Develop presentations that visualize data and insights

  • Work closely with team to participate in weekly meetings to review performance data and actionable insights

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and data protection, while enhancing data literacy across the marketing team through targeted training materials.

  • Stay on top of trends in digital marketing and the real estate, homebuilding, and other applicable segments, to best influence how our digital marketing plays a role in our overall success

Position Requirements:

  • BS degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, economics, and/or a related field

  • MBA/master’s degree in analytics or statistics is a plus

  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in data analytics and modeling Β 

  • Digital advertising agency experience a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communicator in both verbal and written formats

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure and pay close attention to detail while staying focused on the big picture

  • This is a hybrid position, four days a week in office (Reston, VA)
