How will you make a difference?
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll help plan, execute, analyze, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels including display, CTV/OTT, audio, and digital out of home. Through hands on training, mentorship, and real client work, you'll develop expertise in programmatic strategy, media buying, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
You'll play an important role in helping clients achieve their business goals while continuously expanding your own skill set in a rapidly evolving area of digital marketing. Along the way, you'll collaborate with a team that is committed to sharing knowledge, supporting growth, and delivering exceptional results.
What will you do?
- Plan and execute clients’ display, CTV/OTT, audio, native, and digital-out-of-home programmatic campaigns.
- Provide ongoing optimizations throughout the duration of a campaign by regularly reviewing advertising tactics and shifting budgets to drive performance against client KPIs.
- Evaluate performance within programmatic platforms to provide insights and strategic recommendations for current and future campaigns.
- Work with client and internal teams to create robust media plans for programmatic activation, with annual budgets reaching seven figures.
- Coordinate the implementation and troubleshooting of conversion, retargeting, and look-a-like tracking pixels with partner ad platforms.
- Collaborate with internal Paid Media teams and media partners to ensure strategic alignment across media channels.
