Company Overview: Adcetera is an integrated agency headquartered in Houston. We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will work under the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, guiding and enhancing our marketing analytics efforts. This role is essential for delivering high-quality data analysis and insights across our diverse client portfolio and our internal marketing and communication efforts.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, sorting, evaluating, and visualizing marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive our marketing strategies. Also, you will play a crucial part in advancing our marketing and automation ML/AI capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Data Collection and Visualization: Collect, evaluate, and visualize marketing data from diverse sources and complex ecomm integrations.
  • Data-First Storytelling: Develop client-facing summaries using marketing analytics methods.
  • A/B Testing: Design experiments and test hypotheses to evaluate advertising effectiveness.
  • Media and Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with media and channel partners to optimize our marketing performance for conversions (multi-touch campaign channel attribution optimizations). Identify areas to improve traffic and conversions from marketing data, including A/B testing experiments and other CRO tactics.
  • Advanced Digital Tagging and Tracking Management
    • Work closely with development teams to implement custom tagging and triggers.
    • Understand data collection through the GA4 data layer.
    • Understand traditional and non-traditional ecommerce metrics and dimensions.


Requirements
    • Minimum of two years of relevant marketing experience (agency or in-house).
    • Display experience in at least one customer data platform (e.g., Twilio Segment, Salesforce Data Cloud, etc.).
    • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, including knowledge of the GA4 data layer and custom JavaScript variables.
    • Experience in server-side Google Tag Manager implementation.
    • Proven experience working with interdepartmental teams such as development, media, and channel partners.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
    • Experience with Big Data platforms such as Snowflake or Google BigQuery.
    • Experience with ML models for keyword categorization and user predictive analysis.
    • Experience with open-source AI platforms such as Ollama, Langflow, CrewAI, and Python coding.
