POSITION SUMMARY |
The role is responsible for partnering with Carlyle internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives across Global Investment Solutions (GIS) core applications (DealCloud, Chronograph, Investran, Data Warehouse, Snowflake, Sigma, Anaplan, Appian, AI) and workflows. The position will work closely with GIS product owners, end users, and technology team on building out solutions for GIS. 聽 聽 The GIS Business Analyst is responsible for the following key functions:

New Requirements and Simplification 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Receive requests for new functionality from users and help the business to prioritize these with the technical teams (both internal and external). 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Utilize existing functionality to support requests where possible. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Draft requirements for needs that are not met in the current systems. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Work with technical teams to prioritize, plan, develop, and test the implementation of new requirements. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Coordinate and participate in the user testing for new functionality. |

Process Support 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Understand key business processes and support efforts to streamline and standardize these processes, by introducing automation or eliminating redundancies. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Participate in the planning and creation of new processes as the business evolves, and as system capabilities are added. |

User and Production Support 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Respond to user questions and provide solutions for immediate issues. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Meet regularly with business user groups to understand the pain points and provide recommendations to resolve these. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure all production support requests requiring IT support are prioritized to meet the needs of business stakeholders. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Perform or oversee configuration work within DealCloud |

聽 QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS | ||
Knowledge, Skills and Experience |
搂聽聽Minimum 4-6 years business analyst, or other relevant experience, required 搂聽聽Financial services industry experience strongly preferred 搂聽聽Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework preferred 搂聽聽Strong communication skills required 搂聽聽Willingness to take on new responsibilities as the environment evolves and new skills are needed 搂聽聽Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks independently or with minimal guidance from supervisor 搂聽聽Strong analytical skills; experience working with Data and Data Warehousing / Reporting platforms |

Education and Certifications |
搂聽聽Bachelor鈥檚 Degree, required 搂聽聽Concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field preferred 搂聽聽Scrum certifications (e.g. Certified Product Owner) a plus. |
