Our Client is a trusted partner in delivering tailored ERP and CRM solutions, empowering businesses to achieve their goals with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Our client is seeking a Functional Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 CE or Business Central. Ideally, they are looking for candidates who have been recognized as Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) or demonstrate expertise at a similar level. Our Client current team size is 90+ and expanding in both USA and Canada
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation Leadership:
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central or CE, including analysis, construction, validation, deployment, and go-live.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and craft tailored ERP solutions.
• Guide organizational and process transformation to ensure seamless system adoption.
Project Management:
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high quality (COQ below 4%).
• Manage deliverables, scope, and expectations with clients, including handling change requests.
• Effectively leverage team resources, ensuring the lead consultant’s billable time does not exceed 30% per project.
• Secure client reference letters and close out projects successfully.
Client Engagement & Advisory:
• Provide ongoing services, including feature additions, business strategy alignment, and other enhancements to build long-term client relationships.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and post-go-live support.
• Deliver professional advice and actionable solutions to clients for improved business processes.
Solution Design and Customization:
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Manage customizations, integrations, and collaboration with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) or third-party applications.
• Apply best practices and in-depth product knowledge to optimize solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project activities with client needs, scope, and business objectives.
• Support team activities by providing functional expertise and guidance.

• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Business Central or CE.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle ERP implementations, preferably in manufacturing or service industries.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or CE, including modules like Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Experience with system integrations, customizations, and workflows.
• Project Management Skills:
• Skilled in managing deliverables, project scope, and client expectations.
• Ability to optimize resource utilization and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and ISVs.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving:
• Expertise in analyzing business processes and designing tailored solutions.
• Proactive approach to resolving complex issues during implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or CE (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in manufacturing or service industries.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or SQL for reporting and automation.
