 What we need:


 



  • As part of the Mohawk Flooring North America’s eCommerce team, this role will focus on digital data aggregation and reporting, acting as the primary analyst for our B2C and B2B flooring websites. The role will also be responsible for managing and upkeeping our website leads center database for our specialty retailers. The individual will be required to cross-collaborate amongst our internal eCommerce marketing managers and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on reporting expectations and deliverables.


 


What you’ll do:


 



  • Act as Lead Digital Reporting AnalystSupporting a range of marketing functions and each’s associated data, this individual will be the primary contact for aggregating and analyzing our digital and ecommerce reports. It’s imperative for the role to have a solid understanding of reporting interfaces, where he/she can innately explore and locate the dimensions/metrics needed across marketing platforms. The role will be responsible for various reporting warranted across the organization such as maintaining our monthly eCommerce website performance reports, generating product and paid media campaign updates, providing executive level metrics in line with our organizational goals, and more.

  • Dashboard and Visualization Expert – Whether it be via manual visualized reports or omni-channel dashboards, the individual must be proficient and accurate when providing reporting deliverables and well-practiced in creating dashboards tailored for various audiences. The individual must understand what data points should be surfaced up in high-level executive reporting versus the more granular marketing views.

  • Management of Mohawk Leads Database – The role will be responsible for upkeeping and evolving the Mohawk Industries’ leads database (SQL), ensuring that (1) all leads generated from our consumer websites are being captured accurately and (2) all flooring specialty retailer store information is consistently maintained and updated. It’s critical for this role to understand the complexities of various digital platforms and databases, and how to import and extract data at large.

  • Assist in Data Integrity and Quality Assurance – Another crucial aspect of the role will be validating that our reporting and database/s are accurately capturing and reporting our metrics. The individual in this role must be detail-oriented and know how to deploy proper audits to ensure our databases are kept up-to-date.


 


What you have:


 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Data Management/Web Development and/or related field

  • Database management (SQL) is required

  • 3-4+ years of experience in data science/reporting & databases

  • eCommerce, digital marketing, or Agency experience preferred

  • Proficient in navigating digital platforms for data and metrics

  • Expertise in Excel and advanced functions within is required

  • Experienced in data visualization tools is required

  • Attention to detail and adhering to timelines is a must

  • Ability to function well in an ambiguous environment

  • Adapts well to evolving priorities

  • Self-starter, with a natural curiosity to learn new processes and apply knowledge

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- strong proficiency with Excel and databases required.

  • Ability to gather robust datasets, organize, visualize, analyze, and offer insights.

  • Ability to efficiently produce quality outcomes independently, as well as with a team.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
