Job Summary
Langan is seeking an Environmental Data Analyst to join its collaborative team in New York City. This individual will serve a key function in providing technical support to field sampling teams, the collection of and configuration of large datasets and the development of and utilization of data validation tools to identify quality issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally as part of a growing national team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing, reviewing, and managing environmental analytical and field data for investigation and remediation projects;
- Support the preparation of tables, figures, and summaries for technical reports, client deliverables, and regulatory submissions;
- Work with enterprise databases and tools such as EarthSoft EQuIS, Excel, and Power BI to identify and resolve data quality issues;
- Coordinate with project teams, laboratories, data validators, and GIS staff to ensure complete and accurate datasets;
- Track and apply regulatory criteria and environmental standards (state and federal) under guidance of senior staff;
