Role Description The Senior ERP & Data Analyst is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hialeah, FL. This role oversees our core business systems, ensures data accuracy and integrity across multiple platforms, and drives process and system improvements throughout the organization, including the manufacturing floor. The Senior ERP & Data Analyst serves as a key link between operational data and business decision-making and is responsible for developing the company’s business intelligence strategy and supporting infrastructure. This includes creating and maintaining executive and operational dashboards, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, evaluating existing software platforms and applications, and identifying and supporting system integrations that improve efficiency, data visibility, and business performance. Key Responsibilities ERP & System Architecture ERP & Financial Systems Integration: Oversee data flow and sync integrity between Sage, QuickBooks, Computaire, and Soho. System Optimization: Tailor existing systems to improve material requirements planning (MRP) and production scheduling. Vendor Management: Act as the main technical contact for software vendors and external IT consultants. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Manufacturing Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards tracking key manufacturing metrics (e.g., OEE, yield, scrap rates, and labor efficiency). Inventory Control: Analyze supply chain and inventory data to minimize carrying costs and prevent production bottlenecks. Financial Reporting: Partner with finance to bridge operational metrics with QuickBooks and Sage financial reporting. Data Governance & Support Data Integrity: Establish data standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all platforms to prevent duplicate or corrupted data. User Training: Lead training sessions for plant managers, inventory clerks, and administrative staff to ensure correct data entry. Experience & Education Experience: 7+ years of experience as an ERP Analyst, Data Analyst, or Systems Administrator. Industry: Proven track record working directly in a manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Technical Expertise Software: Deep working knowledge of Sage and QuickBooks; experience managing niche or legacy platforms like Ramp, Quadient, Computaire, and Soho is highly preferred. Data Tools: Advanced proficiency in SQL and business intelligence platforms (Power BI or Tableau). Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of MRP, BOM (Bill of Materials), and inventory valuation method
