In this role, you will support the implementation of the ESG data strategy, working cross functionally, leveraging tools / systems to ensure oversight and governance of key business data leveraged for ESG reporting. You will work very closely with the Sustainability Office, Control, Finance, People, Legal, and Strategy & Transformation teams, as a part of PepsiCo’s cross-functional ESG Reporting Council (ERC), as well as external partners. This is a hybrid role based in our Purchase, NY office Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Work closely and collaboratively with the ERC and external consultants, where needed, to help implement our ESG data management strategy Support the implementation of governance processes across ESG around data collection, maintenance and transformation for use in reporting Help implement key ESG data control processes and initiatives, ensuring methods align with functional and business strategy while working effectively in a matrix organization Be willing and able to travel domestically and globally as needed (~5%) Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
